- 1 medium Apple
- 250 ml non-fat milk
- 2 tsp Nuts(Dry fruit) (any)
- 1 tsp peanut butter or normal butter
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 small tsp Chironji (optional)
- 1)Peel and slice the apple and put into blender.2)Add honey, milk, peanut butter and other ingredients into it.3)Blend the ingredients untill everything is smooth and evenly combined.4)Pour the smoothie into a glass and your apple smoothie is ready to drink.
