Naan
Naan is the Indian version of bread. It is a Indian flat bread. This dish usually known as roti naan , cooked using Indonesian spices, such as garlic with local taste and can be eaten with gravy or any vegetable. There is a huge variety of naans. Each and every north Indian restaurants will have lot of varieties of naan and trust me each and every version is lip-smacking.
Ingredients
- 150 grams maida
- 2 tbsp curd
- ½ tsp salt
- milk (accordinly)(To kneed the dough)
- 1 tsp sooji
- 1 tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
Instructions
- 1)Make dough of all the above ingredients with milk and let the dough rest for 2 hours.2)Make a roti of it and cook on hot tawa or tandoor.3)Granish with fresh coriander leaves and kalonji and spread butter on it.4)Serve hot.
