Chicken Caesar Salad

  • 250 grams chicken breast (boneless)
  • 1 onion (Finely sliced rings)
  • 1 big Capscicum (green) (Julian cutting)
  • 1 big bell-pepper (yellow capsicum) (Julian cutting)
  • 1 big bell- pepper (red capsicum) (Julian cutting)
  • ½ lettuce (Julian cutting)
  • ½ purple cabbage (Julian cutting)
  • 2 tbsp mayonesse/ caeser dressing (As per taste)
  • 1 tbsp Mint mayonesse (optional)
  • salt (As per taste)
  • ½ tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp oregano (As per taste)
  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes (As per taste)
  • 1 slice bread (cut into small square pieces)(for garnishing)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  • 1)Heat a pan, put 2 tbsp olive oil, put chicken breast piece on it, sprinkle salt, black pepper, oregano on it, cover it with the lid and keep it on slow flame untill the chicken piece becomes tender and soft. Roast it on both the sides, until it becomes golden brown and soft.
    2)Remove the chicken from thwe pan,Then cut the chicken into small sliced pieces.
    3)Now in the same pan, saute the bread coutons(pieces) till it becomes golden brown.
    4)Take a deep bowl, put all the vegetables, roasted chicken pieces, salt, oregano, chilli flakes, mayonesse, mint mayonesse in it and mix everything properly.
    5)Garnish it with bread croutons.(Put the croutons at the end ,at the time you are eating, otherwise they will become soggy).
    6)Ready to eat.
  • NOTE: Instead of chicken you can also use corns and paneer.
