Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Corn (kernels) (boiled and then crushed)
  • ½ tsp SALT
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp ginger (chopped)
  • 1 tsp green chili (chopped)
  • 1-2 tbsp Coriander
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp chat masala
  • ½ tsp amchur powder
  • 1-2 tbsp cornflour (as per requirement)
  • 150 grams grated paneer
  • 1 lemon rings (for serving)

Instructions
 

  • 1) boil 1 kg corn kernels with salt and turmeric powder and once it is boiled then lightly crush it.
    2) Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, chopped ginger and green chillies in it.
    3) Saute them properly and then add coriander.
    4) Add garam masala and crushed corn.
    5) Add chat masla , aamchur powder , cornflour and grated paneer to it.
    6) shape the mixture into tikkis and then shallow fry.
    7) serve with lemon rings.
    8) Ready to eat.
