  • ½ Capsicum (Julian cutting)
  • 2 Big Onions (Julian cutting) (saute it till its light brown in colour)
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 4-5 cloves garlic
  • 1 green chilli
  • Egg (Boiled)
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • 5-6 Kaju
  • ½ khus- khus
  • 2 tsp Magajtali paste (Grind it in the mixer with 2-3 tsps of milk)
  • salt
  • Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp kasoori meethi
  • ½ tsp jeera
  • 5-6 tsp malai
  • 1-2 tsp white butter (not compulsory)



  • 1) Make a paste of saute onions+ tomatoes+ Ginger+ Garlic+ chillies togather.
    2) Take a non-stick pan.
    3) Add oil.
    4) Add the above onion- tomato paste.
    5) Add white butter
    6) Add malai, saute it properly until its oil comes out.
    7) Add kaju and magajtali paste.
    8) Add khus-khus, capsicum and saute it and then add some little bit of water only if it is required.
    9) Add salt, red chili powder, garam masala, haldi and coriander leaves.
    10) cut the boiled eggs in round shape and at the time of serving put the eggs into the gravy.
    11) Garnish with egg rounds and crushed eggs.
