  • 1 cup spinach (chopped)
  • ½ bowl Green peas
  • 1 potato (Chopped)
  • 1-2 Tomatoes (Chopped)
  • 1 capsicum (Chopped)
  • salt (as per taste)
  • Red chilli powder (as per taste)
  • Amchur powder (pinch)
  • turmeric powder (pinch)
  • Daliya (Roasted)
  • 1-2 tsp oil



  • 1) Heat a pressure cooker.
    2) Put oil.
    3) Now put daliya and roast it untill brown.( Not very dark brown)
    4) Add potatoes, capsicum, tomatoes, spinach and peas.
    5) Mix everything properly.
    6) Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder.
    7) Mix everyhting properly, till its little bit roasted.
    8) Add water to it.
    9) Cover with lid.
    10) Cook it till 5-6 whistles.(accordingly)
    11) You can add water if you feel that its very thick.
    12) Ready to eat.
