Panner Tikka Masala

PANEER TIKKA MASALA
Ingredients
- 3 Onions (chopped)
- 5-6 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1 bowl Fresh cream
- 200 grams Paneer (Marinated in curd for atleast ½ hour)
- 3 tbsp Magajtali
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ tsp Garam masala
- 2 big Tomatoes
- Salt (As per taste)
- Red chili powder (As per taste)
- 1 bowl Curd
- 1 badi Elaichi (Only seeds)
- 1 pinch Red-Orange colour
- 2 pinch Sugar
Instructions
METHOD;
- 1) Soak Magajtali in milk for half an hour and then grind it in the mixer.2) In the mixer jar put Ginger, Garlic , Onion and tomatoes and grind all the things togather.3) Take a pan, put oil in it.4) Add the above onion-tomato paste , saute it till its water comes out.5) Add Malai, Magajtali paste, curd, salt, garam masala, milk, paneer and sugar.6) Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and grated paneer.
