PANEER TIKKA MASALA

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Onions (chopped)
  • 5-6 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 bowl Fresh cream
  • 200 grams Paneer (Marinated in curd for atleast ½ hour)
  • 3 tbsp Magajtali
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ½ tsp Garam masala
  • 2 big Tomatoes
  • Salt (As per taste)
  • Red chili powder (As per taste)
  • 1 bowl Curd
  • 1 badi Elaichi (Only seeds)
  • 1 pinch Red-Orange colour
  • 2 pinch Sugar

Instructions
 

METHOD;

  • 1) Soak Magajtali in milk for half an hour and then grind it in the mixer.
    2) In the mixer jar put Ginger, Garlic , Onion and tomatoes and grind all the things togather.
    3) Take a pan, put oil in it.
    4) Add the above onion-tomato paste , saute it till its water comes out.
    5) Add Malai, Magajtali paste, curd, salt, garam masala, milk, paneer and sugar.
    6) Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and grated paneer.
