Potato Cheese Balls

Cheese balls are an easy-to-prepare, tasty lip snacking recipe made with potatoes and cheese.

  • 4 medium size Potatoes (Boiled and Meshed)
  • 50 grams Sweet corn(Corn kernels) (Boiled)
  • 50 grams Cheddar cheese (⅓ cup grated cheese)
  • ¾ tsp Chilli flakes
  • 3 tsp Fresh coriander leaves
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper (Crushed)
  • Salt (As per taste)
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • 1-½ tbsp Cornflour
  • 1 cup Mozerella cheese (Grated)
  • 2 tbsp All purpose flour
  • cup Water
  • 1 cup Breadcrums
  • Chilli sauce (For serving)


    1)Take a bowl, put meshed potatoes, salt, corn kernels,fresh coriander, oregano,chili flakes, black pepper, cheddar cheese(grated),cornflour.
    2)Mix all the above ingredients properly.
    2. FOR CONFLOUR BATTER (For Coating)
    1)In a bowl, add 2 tbsp cornflour, 2tbsp all-purposeflour.
    2)Tomake a smooth batter gradually add about ⅓ cupwater or as needed.
    1)Take about 1 tbsp of the potato mixture in hand andshape it into a ball.
    2)Flaten in out.
    3)Place in the center some grated mozzarella cheese as a stuffing, carefullyclose, and shape into a ball.
    4)Repeat the process with the rest of the potatomixture and make the balls.
    5)Dip each ball in the batter.
    6)Then roll them in the breadcrumbs.
    7)Deep fry the balls on medium flame until golden brown.
    8)Servewith chili sauce.
