Vegetable Biriyani

VEGETABLE BIRYANI

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bowl vegetables ( Capsicum, cabbage, Carrot, Peas, Cauliflower , potato) (Finely chopped)
  • ½ tsp Jeera
  • 2 Onions (Julian cutting)
  • 1 bowl Rice (Boiled)
  • Garam masala powder (As per taste)
  • salt (As per taste)
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • Paneer (not compulsory)
  • 2 big Tomatoes (pury)
  • ½ cup Milk (Accordingly)
  • 1 Tej patta
  • ½ pinch Red-Orange colour
  • Par boiled rice

Instructions
 

METHOD:

  • 1) Take a pan, add some oil and jeera.
    2) Add chopped vegetables and saute it for 3-4 minutes.
    FOR GRAVY:
    1) Take another pan, add tomato pury in it, add salt, haldi (turmeric), garam masala, little bit of milk (not too much) and saute for 2-3 minutes and the above saute chopped vegetables in it.
    FOR RICE:
    1) Take a pan, put oil, jeera, tej patta, onion, and saute it , now add the above gravy, Red-Orange colour, Par boiled rice, fresh Coriander leaves.
    2) Add garam masala, red chili powder, salt.
    3) Mix everything properly and its ready to eat.
