Vegetable Tandoor
It is immesly popular north indian starter served in the indian resturants. It is a perfect blend of spices and smokey flavour of marinated tandoor. A party without tandoor is truly incomplete !
Ingredients
- 100 gms Panner (Cube)
- 1 Capsicum (Cube Cutting)
- 1 Onion (Cube Cutting)
- 1 bowl Curd
- 1 bowl Mushrooms (Chopped into 2 Pcs)
- 1 bowl Babycorns
- Salt
- ½ tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 pinch Jeera Powder
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Kasoori Meethi
- Pinch of Ajwain
- 1 Lemon (Juice)
- 1 tbsp Tandoori Chicken Masala (Optional)
- 1 tbsp Oil
Instructions
Method
- 1) Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl, and keep the marination for minimum 1 hour and maximum you can keep upto 2 days.2) Now, take a non-stick pan, put 2 tbsp oil in it , the put the marinated mixture into it and saute it properly, untill its water dries up.3) Serve hot.
