Veggie stir fry noodles
Noodles stir fry is a delicious recipe which has noodles and vegetables in a ginger-garlic, soy sauce with some brown sugar, making a perfect balance of sweet and savoury. Noodles stir fry for us is loaded with lot of healthy vegetables and tempting sweet and sour sauce and toasted sesame seeds (til) and sesame oil. A very delicious and easy recipe to try at home.
Ingredients
For Sauce
- 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp Green/ Red chilli sauce
- 1 tsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp Brown sugar/ Honey
- Salt (As per taste)
- ¼ tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Cornflour
- 1 tsp Vinegar
OTHER INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger (Minced)
- 1 tsp Garlic (Minced)
- 1 small Broccoli
- 1 medium sized Capsicum (Julian cut)
- ½ cup Corns (Boiled)
- ½ cup Carrot (Julian cut)
- 1 pack Flat noodles (Boiled)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (Til) (Roasted)
- ½ cup Purple cabbage (julian cut)
Instructions
For sauce:
- 1. In a bowl add soy sauce.2. Add tomato ketchup.3. Add chilli sauce.4. Add salt.5. Add a dash of black pepper.6. Add vineger.7. Add cornflour.8. Add brown sugar/ honey.9. Mix everything properly.
Method for making Noodles:
- 1. Take a nonstick pan.2. Heat some olive oil and all the veggies. Now saute for 4-5 minutes.3. Add boiled noodles in it.4. Now add above sauce in it and mix everything properly.5. Garnish with sesame seeds.6. Ready to eat.
