Its a very healthy drink for health concious people. This drink is very healthy and good for the people those who are on diet and for loosing weight.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium Apple
  • 250 ml non-fat milk
  • 2 tsp Nuts(Dry fruit) (any)
  • 1 tsp peanut butter or normal butter
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 small tsp Chironji (optional)

Instructions
 

  • 1)Peel and slice the apple and put into blender.
    2)Add honey, milk, peanut butter and other ingredients into it.
    3)Blend the ingredients untill everything is smooth and evenly combined.
    4)Pour the smoothie into a glass and your apple smoothie is ready to drink.
